Recent improvements to our RS Classic include a new and much thinner paint process and more authentic neck joint design which combine to make our new guitars much lighter and more resonant. Based on customer requests, we have also switched to a more accurate fret wire gauge...frets are available in traditional or virtually friction free stainless steel for a slick feel and easier bending. We have also just completed our new pickguard pieces, which are made from a special highly polished acrylic, not the previous traditional vinyl pickguard material. The main pickguard now features perfectly laser cut square holes and best of all no exposed switch mounting screws...which everyone has been asking for. All pickguard pieces including truss cover and pickup surrounds are made from the same highly polished material. Glossy finished fingerboards are also available. Also available, as seen below, is the option for customer provided authentic style bridges to to be installed on new guitar orders, and for the RS logo to be applied to the rear of the headstock...contact us with any questions.
